IMPORTANT COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENTS: The Writing Center is open for the Fall 2020 semester. We are offering in-person appointments in Leprino 203 as well as online appointments via Zoom.

If you are on campus and attending classes, you must register for an in-person appointment. If you are a remote learner, you must register for an online appointment with one of our two online consultants, Emma Mayer or Vitalia Strait.

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Your consultant will be sitting six feet away from you during your appointment to comply with social distancing requirements, so bring two copies of the paper you want to discuss: one for you, and one for your consultant. Also bring the assignment prompt if you have it.

ONLINE APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Once you have scheduled your appointment, your consultant will send you an e-mail a minimum of one hour prior to your appointment's start time; this e-mail will include a personalized Zoom meeting link for your appointment.

All appointments are scheduled according to Mountain Standard Time. If you are in any other time zones, please adjust your appointment's start time accordingly. (For example, if you have a 10:00 AM appointment scheduled and you are in California, your appointment will begin at 9:00 AM in your time zone.)

Before your meeting begins, open a copy of your paper on your desktop. You will have the ability to share your screen with your consultant so that both of you can  see and edit your paper.

At the start of your consultation, please click on the link e-mailed to you and open the meeting window. If you're having trouble opening the link, open the Zoom application on your computer and copy the ten digits at the end of the link into the section that asks for a meeting ID.

Having trouble logging in? Enter your email address below and then click "Reset Password." The system will immediately email you with instructions for changing your password. If you do not receive that email in a few minutes, please check your spam filter.
